Committee Meetings: All standing committee meetings will be held over the July 27 – August 10, 2021, time frame. All committee meetings are free and open to the public except during closed sessions. Advance notice of closed sessions will be posted on our website.

Annual Business Meeting of the Commission: This meeting occurs on Wednesday, August 4, 2021, and is no charge and open to the public except during closed sessions. Advance notice of when the session is closed will be posted on our website.

July 21st Annual Meeting Seminar: Comprised of three-panel discussions, topics will cover Transfer Pricing, Pass-Through Entities, and Taxation of Digital Items. Each of the hour-long panels will be followed by a 30-minute break and will occur on Wednesday, July 21st from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.

Statement Regarding Public Participation

Generally, meetings of the Commission and its Committees are public. Persons attending public sessions need not identify themselves. However, some of the listed meetings may not be entirely public. Under the Commission’s Public Participation Policy, closed meetings may be held in matters involving certain personnel issues and the acquisition/disposition of real estate, matters required by law to be confidential, including discussion of certain taxpayer information, and some discussions with counsel over pending litigation. For your convenience, you may choose to contact Nancy Prosser at (202) 650-0300, for an indication of which of the listed meetings may not be entirely public. Your contact, which may be on an anonymous basis, also permits the Commission to provide adequate seating.
