Hotel Reservations: The guestroom rate is $121.00 plus tax for single or double occupancy. Reservations should be made no later than Friday, July 7, 2017 via online hotel reservations, or by calling 1-800-The-Galt (843-4258). In order to get the group rate, please mention the MTC Annual Meeting.
Please note: Online Registration is encouraged as it helps the commission properly plan for the conference and committee meetings. No registration fee is charged to attend committee meetings. Statement Regarding Public Participation
Generally, meetings of the Commission and its Committees are public. Persons attending public sessions need not identify themselves. However, some of the listed meetings may not be entirely public. Under the Commission’s Public Participation Policy, closed meetings may be held in matters involving certain personnel issues and the acquisition/disposition of real estate, matters required by law to be confidential, including discussion of certain taxpayer information, and some discussions with counsel over pending litigation. For your convenience, you may choose to contact the General Counsel, at (202) 650-0300, for an indication of which of the listed meetings may not be entirely public. Your contact, which may be on an anonymous basis, also permits the Commission to provide adequate seating.
