MTC Security and Refund Policies
Online registration and payment makes it easier for state personnel and other stakeholders to register and pay for MTC training courses and events. The MTC is committed to preserving your privacy when you use our site for registration and payment. The following sets forth MTC’s privacy and refund policy. Any changes to this policy will be posted on this site. If you have a question about MTC’s privacy and refund policy, please contact Scott Pattison, Deputy Executive Director, at 202-650-0300.
Security of Personal and Account Information
Since your credit card security is essential, we have taken steps to ensure that your payment information is processed confidentially, accurately, and securely. All online payment transactions are conducted over a secure server, and are supported by industry-standard data encryption. This 128-bit encryption is available through your browser and is called Secure Socket Layer (SSL). Personal information (such as name, mailing and billing address, telephone and fax number, and email address) as well as bank or credit card account information is encrypted or scrambled before being transmitted for payment.
