Spring Committee Meetings
Monday, April 24 – Thursday, April 27, 2023
Please register to attend the Uniformity, Nexus, Audit, Strategic Planning, and Executive Committee meetings. There is no fee to participate in the committee meetings.
Remote access to the public session of the committee meetings will be available on the agenda.
The State Attorney Training is held on Monday, April 24th. Attendance at this training and informational event is limited to public sector tax attorneys. There is no charge to attend the attorney training in person. There is a technology fee of $100 for virtual attendance.

Please register and select which meetings you plan to attend: The SALT Attorney Training Session, as well as the Uniformity, Nexus, Audit, Strategic Planning, and Executive Committee meetings. There is no fee to participate in the committee meetings. Note: there is a technology fee of $100 for virtual attendance at the attorney training session Tuesday, April 19th. All meetings and informational sessions will have a virtual attendance option except for the Litigation Roundtable on Tuesday, April 19th.

Reservations: Hyatt Regency has sold-out of rooms at our negotiated rate.
Overflow Hotel: The Hyatt Centric, 285 Bay Street, Long Beach, California. The MTC has secured overflow guestrooms, from Sunday, April 23 – Friday, April 28th at the nearby Hyatt Centric which is a 5-minute walk away from the Hyatt Regency. To book reservations at the MTC rate please call 1-800-233-1234 and reference group code MTCS. The MTC rate will be available until our cut-off date of Monday, April 3, 2023, or until our room-block is sold-out—whichever comes first.
Individual reservations can be cancelled at no charge 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival. Any cancellations after this time will be charged one night’s room & tax. If reservations are part of a rooming list, same policy applies.
A complimentary full breakfast buffet is served daily, and lunch is on your own. A Wind Down reception will occur Monday – Wednesday where light fare will be served.
Statement Regarding Public Participation
Generally, meetings of the Commission and its Committees are public. Persons attending public sessions need not identify themselves. However, some of the listed meetings may not be entirely public. Under the Commission’s Public Participation Policy, closed meetings may be held in matters involving certain personnel issues and the acquisition/disposition of real estate, matters required by law to be confidential, including discussion of certain taxpayer information, and some discussions with counsel over pending litigation. For your convenience, you may choose to contact Nancy Prosser at (202) 650-0300, for an indication of which of the listed meetings may not be entirely public. Your contact, which may be on an anonymous basis, also permits the Commission to provide adequate seating.
